01. Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is GG IT Consulting Sàrl, Ecublens (VD), Switzerland (UID CHE-443.676.544), which develops and operates LinkPro. For any question about your data, or to exercise your rights, write to [email protected].

02. Camera and selfies

LinkPro uses your camera only during a guided session that you start yourself. Face detection, which guides your poses and checks the light, runs entirely on your device.

Your selfies are kept on your device, grouped by session, so that you can restyle your headshots later. They are deleted automatically once no photo relies on them anymore, and when you delete your account.

03. Generating your headshots

When you generate headshots, your selfies are compressed and sent over an encrypted connection to our servers, hosted on Google Cloud (Firebase), and to a third-party generative AI provider, which creates the images on our behalf.

We do not keep your selfies on our servers once the generation is done. For a free preview, a full-resolution version of each image is kept for a limited time (currently 24 hours) so that you can unlock it in HD, then deleted automatically.

04. Your headshots

Your headshots are stored on your device. You can download or delete any of them at any time from the app. They are not stored on our servers, except for the photos you choose to share in a poll.

05. Polls

When you share a poll, the photos you selected are uploaded in a compressed version to our servers and can be seen by anyone who has the link. Voting is anonymous: voters do not need an account, and we only keep a random identifier in their browser to count one vote per person.

06. Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. We receive your name, email address and a user identifier. We also keep a notification token and your app language, to tell you when your poll gets new votes.

07. Subscriptions

Payments on the web are processed by Stripe, and in the apps by the App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat to know whether your subscription is active and which headshots you bought. We never see your payment details.

08. Analytics and security

• Firebase Analytics measures how the app is used, for example which steps of a session are completed, to improve LinkPro.
• Firebase Crashlytics collects crash reports to fix bugs.
• Firebase App Check verifies that requests come from the genuine LinkPro app.
• To apply our Fair Usage Policy, we count generations per account, or per IP address before you sign in, for 24 hours.

09. What we never do

• We never sell your data or your images.
• We never use your face to identify you or to recognise you in other photos.
• We never use your selfies or headshots to train our own AI models.

10. Deletion

You can delete any photo from the app. Deleting your account from the Account screen removes your account, your profile, your polls and their photos from our servers, and the photos stored on your device. Uninstalling the app removes everything stored on your device.

11. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to its processing, by writing to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority, such as the CNIL in France.

12. Changes

We will update this page and its date if our practices change.
