# Terms of  
Use

Effective October 2026

These terms apply when you use the LinkPro app and website. By using LinkPro, you accept them.

## 01\. Who we are

LinkPro is developed and operated by GG IT Consulting Sàrl, Ecublens (VD), Switzerland (UID CHE-443.676.544). In these terms, "we" means GG IT Consulting Sàrl.

## 02\. The service

LinkPro creates professional headshots with artificial intelligence, from guided selfies taken in the app. You can try it with a free preview, then subscribe to LinkPro Unlimited to generate headshots in HD.

## 03\. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to accept these terms in your country. You sign in with Apple or Google and are responsible for the activity on your account.

## 04\. Your selfies

-   Only take selfies of yourself.
-   Do not use LinkPro to impersonate someone, to deceive, or to create illegal, hateful or sexual content.
-   Do not use the generated headshots as official identity photos, such as for a passport or an identity card.

## 05\. Free preview

Each device can create one free preview session. Previews are watermarked and in lower resolution.

## 06\. LinkPro Unlimited and single headshots

-   LinkPro Unlimited is a weekly subscription. A single headshot is a one-time purchase that unlocks one headshot of your choice in high definition, without watermark. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency.
-   On the web, payments are processed by Stripe through our billing provider RevenueCat. In the iPhone and Android apps, they are charged to your App Store or Google Play account.
-   The weekly subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. On the web, cancel at any time by writing to legal@linkproapp.ai; in the apps, in your App Store or Google Play account settings. It stays active until the end of the week already paid. Deleting your LinkPro account does not cancel it.
-   Refunds of App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. For a purchase made on the web, write to legal@linkproapp.ai.

## 07\. Fair usage

“Unlimited” means unlimited personal use, subject to our Fair Usage Policy, which can delay generation after very heavy use.

## 08\. AI-generated results

Headshots are created by artificial intelligence. Results vary and may not perfectly reflect your appearance. You decide whether and how you use them.

## 09\. Ownership

You keep all rights to your selfies. You may use the headshots created for you for personal and professional purposes. You allow us to process your images only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

## 10\. Availability and liability

We work to keep LinkPro available and reliable, but cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features over time. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

## 11\. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or abuses the service.

## 12\. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
